Shipping & Returns
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs start at $6 and vary by the weight of your order and if you select Standard, Expedited or Express. Your shipping cost will be calculated during checkout.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Standard orders are sent via UPS, USPS, FedEx and/or DHL. Expedited and Express will be sent via UPS or FedEx.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to the United States. International shipping coming soon!
What is your return policy?
Return Eligibility:
- Products can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date, provided no more than 50% of the product has been used.
- Bundles & Kits must be returned in full—individual items cannot be returned separately.
Refunds & Fees
- Full refunds for eligible returns within 30 days, excluding shipping charges.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide return labels.
Tracking & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing. All orders will be prepared and shipped during our fulfillment center business hours, Monday through Friday 8 a.m.— 5 p.m. Pacific Time. All orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.
Can I change my delivery address?
We will try our best to accommodate delivery address changes, however, this is not guaranteed. Please email info@ckinbycristina.com with your order #.
How can I track my order?
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped from our fulfillment center. Please save the link emailed to you to track the delivery of your package.
